How do the gift card be redeemed by the recipient?
The gift voucher contains a reservation number that the recipient enters into the box when filling in the inquiry (further detailed information and questions) and the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the price of his booked stay. After receiving the inquiry, our operators will then contact you and complete everything to your satisfaction.
The validity of the gift voucher is 12 months from the date of issue. The value of a gift voucher cannot be divided into multiple stays.
