In order to prove practically that we are serious, we have decided that in case of cancellation of the trip or stay caused by force majeure (covid 19, flood, etc.), we will pay back the already paid funds in full. Of course, provided that the trip or stay was cancelled outside the set cancellation date, which is regulated by our Terms and Conditions.
